March For Men at Haydock Park

Our Partnership horse for 2018, March For Men, had plenty of supporters in the betting for his last race for us at Haydock Park, but sadly it wasn’t to be.  He finished fifth, beaten by around five lengths, in a two-year-old nursery.  Richard Kingscote was on board.

He’s been a consistent and genuine colt but he’s off to the sales now.  We’re hoping he goes to a nice home and can continue giving pleasure to new owners for years to come.

March For Men is a Close Second

Wolverhampton was the venue where March For Men came closest to winning for us this year.  After looking like the most likely winner a furlong out, he just got his pocket picked in the last 100 yards and finished second, beaten a length.

March For Men is a Promising Third at Chester

After a debut at Hamilton where things didn’t go according to plan, our colt March For Men was pitched against a small but useful field at Chester.  Two winners and a stable companion, the filly She Can Boogie, who was a very close second last time out promised to make life difficult for him.  The aforementioned filly duly won but March For Men showed plenty of promise for the future in finished in third and ahead of the odds-on favourite.  We were pleased with his run and are looking forward to his next outing.

March For Men is set to Make His Debut in June

We’ve now named our two-year-old colt MARCH FOR MEN to support Prostate Cancer UK’s  summer campaign to promote awareness and raise funds to fight the disease.  Trainer Tom Dascombe is aiming to get him out before the middle of June.  A full-brother to a dual 2-y-o winner from last year and a half-brother to two more, we can’t wait to see him race!

Stable Visit to Tom Dascombe’s to See Our New Colt

On Saturday the 12th May a dozen delighted partners turned up at our trainer Tom Dascombe’s yard in Cheshire to see our new Dandy Man colt.  He looks a picture and now we have the pleasure of naming him, so watch this space!

If you’d like to buy a share contact me on, but get your skates on because he should be racing before June.

Two-Year-Old Dandy Man Colt Joins Our Partnership

This smashing bay colt by Dandy Man out of Golconda is now being trained by Tom Dascombe for us.  The trainer says he’s delighted to have him, he looks a smart colt and a proper two-year-old type.  The dam has already bred three 2-y-o winners and of course Dandy Man is a renowned sire of 2-y-o winners too, so there’s every chance our boy will win for us at some point this season and give us plenty of fun along the way.
